Our top priority is to provide high quality user support. Mathis ISD uses “help desk software” for district technology users when problems arise. To fill out a work order, simply click on the following link Work Order System and type in your district user name and password.
To Fill Out A Work Order:
1. To fill out a work order, simply click on the Technology Work Order link.
2. Type in your Login (user name), which is your first initial, last name.
3. Type in your password (i.e. the one you use to log into your computer).
4. Click on the Login button.
5. Select "New" to create a new ticket.
6. Provide a description of the problem, your name, location (campus & room #)
7. Click on the "Save and List" button to submit the ticket.
