Check those red homework folders for any messages from school.

IParents, we cannot, as educators, stress the importance of parent involvement in the school process.  Please come up, see what is going on in the classrooms and what your child is learning from day to day.  

We cannot let the children enter into the Accelerated Reading program unless they have a reading vocabulary of 100 words. So let's all work together to get them knowing those words. 

In Math we are working on math facts to 18.  By the end of the year your child should understand fact families and sums to 18.
